Revamping my online presence & using AI

Finally, I have redone the website that I created pre-pandemic and tidied it up. I still cannot get my head around the tags and what you have to do to get it on Google. I tried and I'm hoping that will be okay. I am using this site for my stage scripts only. I have taken all my academic writing off and am going to investigate Substack and places like that to put my research on.

I've done the first draft of my Chicken Licken Pantomime and sent it around to a few of my Amdram actor friends to give it some more comedy. It was very dry. I thought I would see what AI could do for me. BIG MISTAKE!! AI does not have a sense of humour, no matter how many times I asked it to give me some 'FUNNY and COMEDIC' lines. I had to rip those up and start again. But it stopped my creative juices flowing. I would advise budding writers to be careful when using AI. It's good to give a few pointers but don't use it too often. It does worry me how AI has taken over. As a former university lecturer, I took early retirement a few months ago and I'm loving it, I had to fail a few students who used it for their assignments and dissertations. Firstly the university banned it then we were given training on how to use it and get the students to use it properly. AI is here to stay so we need to utilise it sensibly. It is a tool not an alternative to writing. Ah well, onward and upwards.
